Price List

1. Membership Fee

• Young adults up to 18 years and non-employed persons with proof of status – free of charge. One-off material costs amount to € 2.50 (membership card, record keeping)
• Members above the age of 18 – € 15.00.
• Retired persons – € 12.50.
• Pupils above the age of 18, full-time and part-time students – € 10.50.
• Institutions – € 25.00.

Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of membership renewal. The membership fee can be paid in two instalments.

2.  Late Return Fines

• Late return fine amount to € 0.15 per day, per item

3.  Overdue Notices

• First overdue notice – € 2.50
• Second overdue notice – € 5.00
• Third overdue notice – € 7.50

Prices of overdue notices are not added together.

4.  Lost or Destroyed Material

Replacement with new or similar material (according to the Ordinances) + € 6.50 for processing and wrapping.

5.  Lost Membership Card – € 4.20.

6.  Reservation of Material

• Reservation of material and email notifications about arrived material which has been reserved – free of charge.
• Telephone notifications about arrived material which has been reserved – € 0.80.
• Reserved material which was not collected/unit – € 0.80.

7.  Photocopies (only from library material)

• A4 copies –  € 0.10
• A3 copies –  € 0.20

8.  Microfilm and Microfiche Extracts 

• per page of extract – € 0.40

9.  Use of  the Computer 

• Up to 60 minutes (Internet, MS Office applications, etc.) – € 0.60
• Use of email - free of charge.

10.    Inter-Library Loans (the price includes postal charges).

• € 6.20 per book
